Hi Everyone,

It’s Jojo here to share a little about me

I’m a home grown southern girl born and raised in central Texas. My hobbies include traveling, working out, cooking, reading, hiking, camping, two stepping, and anything that allows me to be active.

I’m currently obsessed with the Bachelor, Gluten free pizza, and ice cream but I will always be obsessed with my pet turtle Jimmy, and my mom’s dog Hazel.

I was called to Missions at 11 years old when I dedicated my life to God, after an unforgettable encounter with Jesus. My first mission trip was when I was 13 and I went to Peru; and later when I was 18 I travelled with Adventures in Missions (AIM) to India on one of their Passport (now Semesters) trip.

I received my Bachelors in Materials Science and Engineering with a Chemistry minor in May 2021. And in college I participated in undergraduate research and several internships, ran the Bladesmithing org., and spent 3 years in a Christian sorority.

I was accepted into graduate school early, began taking graduate classes my senior year of college, and had a pretty solid foundation built for a career in research. After God called me to the World Race I laid all that aside and dropped out of graduate school to follow God on this amazing journey he has for me.
